Beyond Leadership

In the month of May of 2020, I together with dr. Sandra Penger, started a new endeavor, a project named Beyond Leadership, where the visionand goal, was to create a platform for entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, students, and everyone willing to learn and share their best practices and life stories and connect the business world with academia. At the core of the project is also a podcast channel Beyond Leadership, as well as a Facebook group with 2.000 members.

Beyond Leadership is a group of unique individuals who openly share their knowledge, experiences, best practices, latest research, and analysis as well as reports on topics related to leadership and management. It connects the business world with academia and provides a platform for all involved stakeholders, including students and young entrepreneurs. It allows entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers to share their best practices and life stories. It also serves as a dissemination platform for the academia, especially for the program group P5-0364 – The Impact of Corporate Governance, Organizational Learning, and Knowledge Management on Modern Organization (School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana), to share their latest research findings and other relevant scientific articles with the business community. We also received standard ISSN-2712-5912.

Accomplishments:

Hosted already 33 exceptional guests from various industries,
The podcast had over 16,000 listeners from 45 countries,
Our community has 2,000 members,
Received accreditation ISSN-2712-5912,
Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, became our strategic partner,
We are present on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook.

In June 2020, I joined Estable, a Swedish based company, as a crisis CEO, in order to help with their business development, establish operational processes, and prepare a new strategy and plan. Estable is a digital platform with a global focus on trotting & gallop racing. Working with an international team, establishing new partnerships, running a company in a foreign country, has been amazing.

The BTC Company has always been one of the leading innovators in various fields. In 2018 we decided to take an important step towards the implementation of blockchain technology in our logistics center with more than 450 employees.
