Covid-19 has made a huge impact on digitization and implementation of new technologies. However, according to McKinsey & Company for the first time, the importance of the ๐ฉ๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค is also being considered to have a huge impact. The research was performed taking into account more than 800 occupations, which were grouped into ten work arenas according to their proximity to coworkers and customers, the number of interpersonal interactions involved, and their on-site and indoor nature.
As we can see the highest impacted jobs are:
- medical care,
- personal care,
- on-site customer interaction,
- leisure and travel.
